LuxuryExhibit.com places thousands of luxury items at your fingertips. There are a number of ways to browse through our catalog: by designer, by category, or by product. When you find an item of interest, you can view price, features, and detailed item information. You than can complete your purchase through our secure online check-out.
I'm nervous about having my personal information online. Should I be worried about security?
Your privacy and security are held with the utmost importance. We use a secure check-out system utilizing Authorize.net technology to ensure the safe transfer of personal and credit card information.

I would like to purchase an item. What payment methods does LuxuryExhibit accept?
Luxury Exhibit currently accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. In addition to a credit card payment, Luxury Exhibit also accepts payments via Escrow.com and wire transfer.

Once I have purchased an item; how is it shipped?
All items purchased are shipped at no charge to the customer (US Shipments Only).
All orders are shipped fully insured with either UPS or FedEx. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving full payment.
For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders, Luxury Exhibit uses FedEx.
“Don’t See It, We’ll Find It”, what does this mean?
If you are unable to find what you are looking for on our site, we will.
If there's any specific item you wish to purchase, but are unable to find it on LuxuryExhibit.com, contact us, let us know what the item is, and we will seek that item for you. We want our customers to be satisfied and we will do everything to find the item at the best possible value.
What is the "Consignment Program" and how does it work?
Luxury Exhibit will list merchandise on behalf of our client on our website. The client's item will be posted at a price agreeable to both parties. Once the item has been sold, the funds can be used by the client toward purchasing another item or a check will be issued.

Does Luxury Exhibit accept returns?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Luxury Exhibit offers a 30 day return policy for all orders. To find out more, please refer to our Return Policy page for more information.
What do I do if my watch or jewelry is damaged and needs servicing?
Luxury Exhibit offers a 2 year warranty on all timepieces purchased through our site. All Pre-Owned timepieces are covered for 6 months. Our warranty covers the original customer for defects under regular use such as: battery replacement, movement damage, or a result of manufacturer's defect.
Luxury Exhibit offers a lifetime warranty to the original customer on all jewelry pieces. The jewelry must be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear.
